How I made this costume

The original design of Jack Frost is in itself a fantastically fun cosplay, but I wanted to take it one step further and create an original design. I settled on a Ranger version, crafting his staff into a bow and taking inspiration from Dungeons and Dragons designs.

Also.... Boots. As fun as it was trying to take bare-footed snow photos, I decided to take pity on myself and add some boots for my design. 

Materials used:

- fabric

- faux leather

- hot glue

- wooden stick

The boots, pants, and shirt were all pre-bought and painted. The rest of the clothing was hand sewn with a warm felt and airbrushed to give it a frosted look. Both  the bow and staff were pieces of old dried drift wood, covered in hot glue for the texture.
