Thank you for your interest in having Vega as a guest at your event!

Vega has several package options available to find the best fit.
Package 1
- Con attendance in hand-made cosplay for all days at con
- One post on social media 2 weeks prior event
- up to 10 story posts each day of event
- 2 1-hour meet and great and/or photo op sessions
- Up to two events (cosplay Judge, Panel, event host)

Event Badge
Travel to and from airport / con center
$200 appearance fee

Package 2
- Con attendance in hand made cosplay for all days at con
- 3 social media posts about event (1 month, 2 weeks, and 1 weeks before)
- up to 10 story posts each day of event
- Cosplay booth for 6 hours each day
- Up to one event (cosplay Judge, Panel, event host) per con day

Travel to and from airport / con center
Travel cost for handler
2 Event Badges
$150 per day for small conventions (less than 5000 attendees)
$300 per day for large conventions

Social Media add-on package
Added to either pf above package for the full social media coverage of your event!
Includes:
- 3 reels/tik toks created per day of event, to be posted during and up to one month after the event
- One long form YouTube video posted 2 weeks after the event
-5 posts/ short videos posted across platform in the 2 months leading up the the event
- Event ticket giveaway on social media

Cosplay Booth
Veag's Cosplay Booth includes a display of several eye catching props and costumes, designed to engage curious con-goers and start numerous conversions about cosplay and crafting techniques. Being at her table the majority of the day, Vega is available for Photo ops, print signing, cosplay advice, navigating the professional cosplay industry, video content creations, and just general nerding out! By having a dedicated space for fans to find her, Vega's Booth is always a non-stop hub of excitement!
When Vega is on a break or running another event, her cosplay handler will man the booth to insure she isn't missed!
Social Media
With Vega's Social Media Package, she will create curated content during the Con that highlights the attendees, shows off the coolest parts of the events, and engages online fans to help promote the Con. Content created includes" Interviews, mini skits, and mini vlogs. Content will be posted across Vega's YouTube, Instagram, and Tik Tok, and will be available for the Convention Media team to use as they with or collab on posts.

CosPAID: A working cosplayers guide to monetization, sponsorships, agencies and more!
This panel will cover the methods, tips, and tricks for becoming a paid/professional cosplayer. The main topics include:
-Building your online presence and brand to create a successful portfolio.
- When and how to start monetizing yourself as a cosplay creator
-Proper approaches to getting sponsorships, working with talent agencies, and common pitfalls
- Understanding a contract and common traps
- Knowing your worth and what to charge
- maintaining and building long-term success
Intro to Cosplay Crafting: The tools and rules to get you started on your cosplay journey!

Cosplay Judge
As a full time cosplay crafter, Vega has experience with foam smithing, resin, LEDs, sewing, wig styling, makeup and more! Her main areas of expertise are foam-smithing and costume design. See her portfolio to check out what she's crafted!
